The Problem Statement
Weddingram was facing a number of challenges when Startup Glide first joined the journey, team was based out of Israel and was not cost effective, there were issues with team reliability and experience, senior team members were not available on need basis and had to either be hired full time or not available at all.

One of the most complex issue while working in a startup environment is that there is nothing to compare your idea with. This brings the inevitable issue of defining scope. The fine act of balancing developing features as we go, costs and commitments of vendor are a hard.
A prudent practice would be to go into a retreat with your vendor and come up with a scope matrix, this involves creating a very-very detailed laundry list of all that is expected out of the product. It is wise to fly wide and dig deep. The idea is not to build everything but know everything that is to be built up in the near future.
Weddingram is an organization that has products allowing authoring and development of apps for android and iOS platforms. They have a line of products Book clip (story authoring and app generation tool with text, pictures, video and other media for creating children story books), Wedding Book (a product on similar lines as book clip but for weddings).
The business model of castle builders is simple and effective. This is where Castle Builders is different from other products. While Similar applications provide a generic app for content to be played within, Castle Builders allows authors to own the final product.
While there were a number of technical challenges in creation of this product line but that story is for another day. Today we focus on operational issues that were released and resolved with expertise of Startup Glide.

A team under Startup Augment was quickly deployed for the customer helping product released on time. Architects and technical leads were made available on a need basis while a cost effective team drove the application to success.
While launches were happening on time with required quality, an aggressive push was required to meet certain deadlines. It was agreed that entire team customer and development should work out of the same office and Castle builder founder flew down to India for dedicated sessions.
During these meetings synergies were met and Startup Glide invested in Castle Builders to obtain <<Gaurav Kumar to define how much %>> stake in the organization. Mutual trust, respect and fundamental belief in the product idea opened up avenues that would not be possible. The Augment specifically provide guidelines and encourages for being a part of customer success and elevate from a vendor to a true partner sharing success.
Weddingram reciprocated this with helping build a bigger and better clientele within Israel. True partnership is beneficial for all involved parties and the ecosystem, in this new order startups are the little guy and need to look out for each other.
